Shipping- we ship Continental USA only:
1.) Flat rate shipping amount of *$24.95 for ground shipping excluding saddles which ship at the flat rate of $95.00 per saddle (estimate delivery time of 7 to 14 days). Continental USA only. Signature Required .
2.) Orders up to $50.00; add a $18.00 handling fee.
3.) Free shipping for any order placed online for IN-STORE delivery *saddles exculded.
4.) Restocking fee of 18% for returning any item (other than defective or wrong item shipped).
5.) Custom/Special and Amerigo Saddle orders are final sales-no refunds
Return Policy for on-line purchases:
1.) You may return the unused product within 15 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS/USPS) for store refund of the purchase price of the merchandise less 18% handling fee. Returns will not be accepted after the 15 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. You must contact the store for (RA) Return Authorization 1-978-369-0233. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted Shipping charges will not be refunded. Record (RA) number on box and ship to: Complete Equestrian Saddlery, 1 River Road, Carlisle, MA 01741.
2.) Complete Equestrian Saddlery does not accept returns for clearance, closeout, special orders or custom color/size items.
3.) If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Complete Equestrian Saddlery will repair, replace, or refund purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufactures’ warrantee.
4.) Returns on items drop shipped from our vendors will require you to contact us for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number will be needed.
5.) We recommend that you ship your return back via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This allows you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
6.) In the event that the incorrect item is shipped to you please contact us for return instructions. If your shipment arrives damaged you must contact the carrier (UPS etc...) immediately
