Return and Refund Policy
1.) You may return the unused product within 15 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS/USPS) for store refund of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted after the 15 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA number. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted Shipping charges will not be refunded. Record (RA) number on box and ship to location as recorded on your Return Authorization Form. Enclose RA Form in box with your item.
2.) Complete Equestrian Saddlery does not accept returns for Helmets, clearance, closeout, special orders or custom color/size items.
3.) If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Complete Equestrian Saddlery will repair, replace, or refund purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufactures’ warranty.
4.) Returns on items drop shipped from our vendors will require you to contact us for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number will be needed.
5.) We recommend that you ship your return back via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This allows you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
6.) In the event that the incorrect item is shipped to you please contact us for return instructions. If your shipment arrives damaged you must contact the carrier (UPS etc...) immediately.
